MEET NICOLE

Fitness Coaching for Women in Perimenopause and Beyond

​

Nicole’s passion for movement and the outdoors was shaped growing up in the mountains of Salt Lake City. An active lifestyle came naturally—mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, lifting weights, and camping were just part of life. After completing her first marathon, the Marine Corps Marathon in 2008, Nicole went on to finish numerous half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks. She brings this same energy and endurance to helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience through every season of life.

Nicole specializes in coaching women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond—not just because she’s lived it, but because she knows firsthand how under-supported and misinformed this stage of life can feel. After experiencing the shift in her own body, energy, and mindset, she knew she wanted to be the coach she wished she had—someone who understands the science and the day-to-day challenges, and who can guide women to reclaim their strength, stability, and sense of self.

Her approach is grounded in science, not fads. Nicole rejects quick fixes, cookie-cutter programs, and trendy diets. She’s completed advanced education through Dr. Stacy Sims and the Menopause 2.0 course, equipping her with evidence-based tools to help women optimize their training, nutrition, and recovery based on real hormonal shifts—not outdated advice or 20-something fitness trends.

Before becoming a coach, Nicole spent years in the high-pressure world of commercial real estate development. The long hours and constant stress began to take a toll on her health and well-being. That turning point became her mission: to help other women avoid burnout, reclaim their strength, and invest in their health with clarity, purpose, and a long-term mindset.

For over a decade, Nicole has helped women build stronger bodies—and stronger confidence. Her clients will tell you: she’s more than just a coach. She’s a partner, an educator, and a fierce believer in your potential. Whether you’re lifting weights for the first time or returning to movement after a long break, Nicole will meet you where you are—and help you rise from there.
